I found my perfect man
This is the description of my perfect man:
"a mixture of genius, vanity, generosity, lust, religion, snobbery, democracy, literary desires, and visions; part Byron, part Casanova, part Mephistopheles, part St. Francis."
It is, in fact, a description of Franz Liszt. He was an amazing Romantic composer and musician.
And here he is...

And so, my question is, what is the perfect man?

The perfect man is...er...someone cool? Give me some time to truly think it through.
The perfect man is the man you love despite the fact that he is a male (and we all know what that means). He must be perfect if you're willing to put up with him, even if he's only perfect in your eyes. He must also have man hands and love you back.
I think Nikki hit the spot there. The Perfect Man is the perfect man for you - who will accept you no matter what, who will make you laugh, basically just make you hapy all over. And he definitely needs to find you attractive, as well as be it himself - in your eyes that is.
yes, yes, but it is all extremely vexing! okay not really. those are good descriptions. right now i am feeling like josh on clueless is the guy for me. rowr.
I always feel like he's the guy for me.
He IS the guy for me. We are in our post-idealistic phases.
the number one, most important physical attribute? How about most important quality?
I'm afraid I'll have to make it more than one. How about three?
1. has man-hands
2. smells good
3. still grabs your butt when you're 70 (I really saw an old man do this to his wife. Still all over each other and going strong).
delightful!
definitely has to smell good. I don't know if this is so physical...but they have to have a good laugh. I think the laugh is important.
Is it bad that I can give you a name, instead of specific attributes and qualities?
Is it bad that I can give a name too? I mean, not perfect, but definitely decent enough for me.
holy crap, you girls are insane. I can give you a name too. but it isn't like i KNOW them. wow.
I'm a little bit afraid. I'd have to say the only names I could come up with are for fictional men, so I'll refrain.
I guess you guys are going to get married pretty quick to your perfect men, eh?
Ha. Not if they don't realize they're perfect for ME.
i am fairly certain that there is no such thing as perfect for eachother. i think things work out and people love eachother. but what this boils down to is: i am not getting married for some time. i would think anyway.
ha. you think so.
you sillly lass. who in the world would i get married to? especially in any kind of soon?
duh! you know, of course. I will not give you the pleasure of saying who. There are a few possibilities, mind you, and you are perfectly aware of them. (Ernest, for one...)Just kiddinG. Just kidding! honestly.
that is quite possibly one of the most disturbing things anyone has ever said to me. i am scared to merely think of him. yuck. if he were ever to ask me out... i think i would laugh at him or be forced to just run away.
Time for a new blog!
